The authors of the book Italia Buon Paese (2011, Blue Editions) will guide through gastronomical myths of the Italian agricultural food sector. In September 2011Clara and Gigi Padovani were the exhibition designers of “Il Buon Paese a Tavola – Storia e immagini dell’agro-alimentare: 1861-2011” (The Good Country on the table, history and images of the agricultural food: 1861-2011), organized at the OGR of Torino on the occasion of celebrations for 150 years of Italian Unification, prepared by the Committee Italia 150 and the City of Turin. Italy is the country that holds the bigger number of typical products protected by Europe, and it is famous worldwide for its cuisine, but just a small part of people know true origins and history of dishes.
